About Us: UniVisory Global Education is an elite college admissions and research mentorship organization empowering high school students to pursue advanced research and gain admission to the world’s top universities. Our students have successfully published in Scopus-indexed journals, presented at international conferences, and secured Ivy League admits. We are now expanding our mentor pool to include accomplished researchers in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, especially those from premier institutions like IITs, IISc, and IIIT Hyderabad. Role Overview: We are looking for highly motivated and research-active mentors with a strong academic background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering to guide high school students in producing publishable-quality research projects. Responsibilities: Mentor and guide high school students (Grades 9–12) to ideate, research, and write high-quality scientific papers. Help students identify focused, feasible, and impactful research topics in chemistry or interdisciplinary domains. Provide feedback on structure, methodology, experimentation/simulations, and writing. Assist in identifying suitable peer-reviewed journals or conferences for potential publication. Oversee students’ progress from project inception to final manuscript submission. Qualifications: PhD (or final-year PhD) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or closely related fields. Strong publication record and active engagement in research. Preference for alumni or current scholars from IITs, IISc, or IIIT Hyderabad. Experience mentoring undergraduates or school students is a strong plus. Passionate about science communication and nurturing young talent. Show more Show less
