Research & Documentation Associate

As a Research & Documentation Associate at Fuselage Innovations Pvt. Ltd., located in Kochi, your role will involve supporting grant proposal development and project documentation activities in Canada. Fuselage Innovations is a technology-driven company focusing on drones, agri-tech, and sustainability innovations to bring impactful changes in agriculture, environment, and disaster management through cutting-edge technology and structured projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct research on grant opportunities, funding programs, and industry trends in Canada and globally. - Prepare well-structured grant proposals, concept notes, and Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) in collaboration with technical and management teams. - Collect and organize project-related data for reports and submissions. - Develop financial models, charts, and data presentations using Microsoft Excel. - Design professional PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders, investors, and funding agencies. - Draft, edit, and proofread documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines. - Maintain a database of grants, proposals, and submission timelines. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Communications, Business, Development Studies, Agriculture, Public Policy, or related fields. - Core Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English, knowledge of DPR preparation, proposal writing, strong research and analytical abilities, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. - Preferred: Prior exposure to grant writing, research projects, or technical documentation, and interest in agri-tech, drones, sustainability, or development sectors. **Employment Type:** - Full-time Employee OR - Internship (for students/fresh graduates) What We Offer: - Opportunity to work with a global innovation-driven organization. - Hands-on learning in grant writing, DPR preparation, Excel modeling, and professional presentations. - Exposure to international projects and funding ecosystems. - Supportive and collaborative work environment with growth opportunities.
