Job Description

Role & responsibilities.

Conduct feasibility studies for new product concepts.
Research latest technologies, materials, and processes applicable to pharma & food machinery.
Develop prototypes, test concepts, and validate performance.
Design and develop new machinery, equipment, and components.
Modify and upgrade existing machinery to improve efficiency, reliability, and GMP compliance.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.
Conduct trials, performance testing, and validation as per industry standards.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, CE, and other regulatory guidelines.
Troubleshoot design issues and provide solutions.
Work with Production, Quality, and Service teams to implement new designs.
Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and customer trials.
Collaborate with Marketing/Sales to understand customer needs and translate into technical requirements.
Prepare technical specifications, manuals, and reports.
Clear Understanding of Machine Components Machine Process development, Capability and feasibility, Understanding of CNC Machine
Knowledge on CNC Programming
Knowledge on tolerance and inspector of machine component
Ensure IP (Intellectual Property) protection of innovative designs.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
