Role Overview: You will be a part of the team in Gurugram, responsible for conducting telephonic interviews with respondents and meeting daily interview targets. Your role will involve preparing MIS, ensuring quality parameters, and implementing feedback effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct telephonic interviews with respondents - Meet daily interview targets - Prepare MIS reports - Ensure quality parameters are met - Implement feedback effectively Qualifications Required: - Good written and verbal communication skills in languages such as Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Gujarati, or Marathi - Highly energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work efficiently in an Indian Shift (10 am to 7 pm),
