As a Research Associate/Research Analyst in the Shared Services team based in Chennai, we are looking for fresh graduates with an MBA or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required, along with a good understanding of financial statements, knowledge of public vs private companies, and the ability to navigate through annual and quarterly reports of companies using tools like Google search. You should be prepared to work night shifts continuously from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM. Your primary responsibility will involve providing real-time research assistance on secondary research assignments to support client projects. This includes retrieving online business and financial information, company fundamentals, and market data, as well as conducting basic research functions using secondary databases, external sources, and academic materials. Additionally, you will work on projects such as creating newsletters, company profiles, executive biographies, and extracting financial data from company reports.,
