Job Description

Position: Research Associate

Graduation in Psychology is Mandatory

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and validation of game-based psychometric assessments.
Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with the latest research in psychology, gamification, and behavioral science.
Develop research protocols, design experiments, and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from game assessments.
Support the creation of norms, reliability, and validity studies for psychometric tools.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to translate psychological constructs into engaging game mechanics.
Prepare research reports, whitepapers, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Contribute to academic publications, conferences, and thought-leadership initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

Master’s degree (or higher) in Psychology (Organizational / Cognitive / Social / Clinical), Behavioral Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of psychometrics, assessment design, and validation methods.
Experience in research methodologies, experimental design, and data interpretation.
Interest in gamification, behavioral economics, or human-computer interaction is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
