Reputed Group of Companies with Interests in Health Care, Education, Medical Technology, Leisure Management and Gaming is Looking for a Sr. Research Research Associate for its Management & Psychometric Gaming Company with Group offices in Chennai & Overseas. Aspiring Graduates in Psychology with Masters or Pursuing PHD can apply - Minimum 2 years of Experience is must

• Assist in the

  design and validation

   of game-based Psychometric assessments.
• Conduct

  literature reviews

   and stay updated with the latest research in psychology, gamification, and behavioral science.
• Develop research protocols, design experiments, and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
• Collect, clean, and analyze

  quantitative and qualitative data

   from game assessments.
• Support the creation of

  norms, reliability, and validity studies

   for psychometric tools.
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to translate psychological constructs into

  engaging game mechanics

  .
• Prepare

  research reports, whitepapers, and presentations

   for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Should have experience of working in an organization for at least 2 years in engaged in Research, Gaming, Organizational Behaviour, Training or Management Consulting  
• Contribute to

  academic publications, conferences, and thought-leadership initiatives

   where applicable.
• Excellent Opportunity to invent Management and psychological games, publish papers would be provided

• Salary - Rs 6 to 7 Lakhs for Experienced and 3 to 4 Lakhs for less experienced and freshers

Qualifications

• Masters degree (or higher) in

  Psychology (Organizational / Cognitive / Social / Clinical), Behavioral Science, or a related field Must and Mandatory

• Strong understanding of

  psychometrics, assessment design, and validation methods

  .
• Proficiency in

  statistical analysis tools

   (SPSS, R, Python, or similar).
• Experience in

  research methodologies, experimental design, and data interpretation

  .
• Interest in

  gamification, behavioral economics, or human-computer interaction

   is a plus.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills

  .
