Aspiring Graduates in Psychology with Masters or Pursuing PHD can apply - Minimum 2 years of Experience is must Assist in the design and validation of game-based Psychometric assessments. Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with the latest research in psychology, gamification, and behavioral science. Develop research protocols, design experiments, and ensure compliance with ethical standards. Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from game assessments. Support the creation of norms, reliability, and validity studies for psychometric tools. Collaborate with the product and development teams to translate psychological constructs into engaging game mechanics . Prepare research reports, whitepapers, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients. Should have experience of working in an organization for at least 2 years in engaged in Research, Gaming, Organizational Behaviour, Training or Management Consulting Contribute to academic publications, conferences, and thought-leadership initiatives where applicable.
