Research Assistant

You will be joining as a Part-Time Research Assistant at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, working under the supervision of Prof. (Dr.) Ashish Kumar in the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Your role will involve hands-on research tasks related to patient records and data for ongoing studies. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Daily presence in the hospital for 4 hours - Extracting data from medical records and case files - Interacting with patients for data clarification when necessary - Completing structured proformas/CRFs - Conducting literature searches on platforms like PubMed and Google Scholar - Assisting with basic statistical analysis using Excel/SPSS - Supporting in manuscript preparation including tables, graphs, and references - **Qualification Required:** - MBBS degree with completed internship - Based in Delhi NCR or able to commute daily to the hospital - Not preparing for major entrance exams like NEET PG/USMLE in the next 3 months - Previous research or publication experience is preferred but not mandatory - Familiarity with literature review tools and basic statistics is advantageous - Should be sincere, punctual, and eager to learn In addition to gaining hands-on clinical research experience, you will have the opportunity for co-authorship in 12 publications based on your contribution.
