Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Research Assistant( R&D Department) . The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting online course delivery, curriculum planning, and academic integrity, ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed course outlines and teaching notes.

- Develop and revise curriculum content in collaboration with academic leads.

- Coordinate the end-to-end process of delivering online classes.

- Monitor academic trends and ensure alignment with higher education standards.

- Manage student paper viewing, feedback collection, and documentation.

- Ensure adherence to the Honour Code and escalate discrepancies to the concerned POC.

- Assist in the implementation of academic policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Prior experience in teaching, academic support, or research roles.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational tools/platforms.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic academic setting.

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
