Research and Development / Quality Control Executive

As an R&D/QC professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that all R&D activities align with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. It is crucial to stay updated on food safety and regulatory changes to guarantee compliance. Your role will also involve managing the R&D pipeline and products for the company, particularly focusing on new product development. Collaboration with the production team is vital in monitoring processes and procedures to maintain effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. You should possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showcasing adaptability and strong interpersonal skills. To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an R&D/QC role. Preference will be given to candidates based in Chennai. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is required.
