Role Definition

Research Executive is one who is responsible for Undertaking Research/Generating Ideas, Make Research Report/Debt Proposal for Recommendations for Purchase/Sale of Investments and Continuous Monitoring of the Existing Investments for Companies (Equities/Debt), Mutual Funds, AIF, PMS, other Financial Products .

Responsibility Deliverable

1. Undertaking Research for Companies (Equities/Debt), Mutual Funds, AIF, PMS, other Financial Products
2. Generating Ideas/ Make Research Report/ Debt Proposals/ Mutual Funds Debt Quants /AIF/PMS for Recommendations for Purchase/Sale of Investments
3. Continuous Monitoring of the Existing Investments in Personal Books and to advice whether to Purchase or Sale or Hold
4. Providing Research Content for Campaigns/Mailers/Social Media Handles (Twitter/LinkedIn/YouTube)

Accompany Management as well as attending various Conference calls / Meetings of companies of current and prospective equity and debt investment and MF and other investment relevant conferences for Market Trends and Insights

5. Screening of new companies which could be considered for investments or could be tapped for borrowings

6. Researching about new products which are trending in the market

7. Participating in the Client Meets / Team Meets

8. Streamlining a Process for Recommendation and Research reports and Making a Report on the companies which we are liking as investment idea or as borrowing proposal.

Tasks & Activities

Undertaking Research for Companies(Equities/Debt), Mutual Funds, AIF, PMS, other Financial Products

• In-depth Research about Companies for both Debt(ICD/NCD/Bank Proposal) and Equity (Listed/unlisted) Investments
• In-depth Research about the Process/Philosophy/Portfolio/ Quants /Performance for various Mutual Fund/AIF/PMS schemes
• In-depth Research for any other Financial Products being developed in the Financial Markets from time to time.
• Attending Conference calls of Companies/Mutual Funds/Seminars etc on Monthly /Quarterly Basis to be updated with the Market Trends and Ideas
• Screening New Companies whom we can approach for loans or could be considered for in-depth analysis for equities (10 Days in a Quarter)

Generating Ideas/ Make Research Report/ Debt Proposal/ Mutual Funds Quants /AIF/PMS for Recommendations for Purchase/Sale of Investments

• Make Research Reports for Equity Ideas/Market Trends/Mutual Funds Quants /PMS/AIF etc on Monthly Basis to update clients and make recommendations for purchase/sale/hold
• Make Proposals for Debt (ICD/NCD/Bank Loans etc) to update clients and make recommendations for Investments/Repayments/Renewals

Continuous Monitoring of the Existing Investments in Personal Books and to advice whether to Purchase or Sale

Updating the Management and the Team on whether to sell/hold/buy any Investment Idea for Debt/Equity/Mutual Fund/PMS/AIF etc

Providing Research Content for Campaigns/Mailers/ Social Media Handles (Twitter/LinkedIn/YouTube)

Providing the content/recommendations/ideas/trends etc which can be used by the marketing team for running a marketing campaign.

Accompany Management / Sales Team for Conference call /Meetings

Accompanying the management/sales team for meetings with clients for Conference calls /seminars/meetings.
