Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support strategic initiatives
• Gather data from primary and secondary sources such as surveys, databases, and public records
• Analyze data using statistical techniques, tools, and software (e.g., Excel, R, or SPSS)
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to visualize findings and insights
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform decision-making
• Work cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, finance, product, or operations
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in research
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (6months to 2 years) in a research, data, or analytical role
  
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, R)
  
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
