Job Description

As a Research Analyst in BPO Operations within the Data Research & Analysis department, your primary responsibility will be to collect, validate, and update institutional and corporate information from reliable online sources. This includes websites and public records. You will be tasked with accurately capturing attributes such as head office details, stakeholders, ownership, executives, and parent entities. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and update institutional information which includes head office address, city, state, country, postal code, and contact number. - Gather stakeholder details including organization names, ownership percentages, and entity types. - Verify insider details such as individual shareholders, ownership percentages, and domicile country. - Record executive names and roles (Directors, C-suite, etc.). - Identify parent and ultimate parent entities. - Ensure all data is captured in the required format and accurately mapped to defined attributes. - Perform validation checks to maintain data integrity and completeness. - Research and confirm ownership structures, shareholder information, and corporate hierarchies. - Collaborate with quality teams to ensure compliance with client requirements. - Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by the project. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. - Strong analytical and internet research skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools. - Ability to understand corporate structures and stakeholder relationships. - Good communication skills (written and verbal). - Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling. - Prior experience in KYC/AML research, financial data analysis, or corporate data collection is an added advantage.
