Job Description – R&D Synthesis Chemist

Position: R&D Synthesis Chemist
Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry (Male Candidates Only)
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad
Salary: Based on experience & current CTC

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct synthetic research and development activities in organic/medicinal chemistry.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize chemical reactions for target molecules.
  • Maintain accurate lab records, reaction reports, and analytical data.
  • Use analytical techniques (HPLC, NMR, GC, IR, etc.) for characterization of compounds.
  • Ensure adherence to laboratory safety practices and SOPs.
  • Support scale-up processes and technology transfer when required.
  • Work collaboratively with the R&D team to meet project deadlines.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge in organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience in purification techniques (column chromatography, recrystallization, etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytical instrumentation.
  • Good problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
