Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual direction and creative strategy for all brand touch points, including website, social media, advertising, and other D2C materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling that supports business goals and enhances the customer experience.
• Managing product shoot, production etc.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
• Oversee the design process from concept through execution, ensuring all designs are aligned with the brands identity, tone, and values.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
• Ensure consistency across all visual materials, maintaining brand integrity at every customer interaction.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or visual design, with a portfolio showcasing strong D2C, Ecommerce domain.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and managing design projects from ideation to execution.
• Should have exposure to product shoot, production etc.
• Strong understanding of digital and print design, typography, motion graphics, and web design.
• A keen eye for detail, with a passion for delivering polished, high-quality creative work.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle D2C brands.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
