Job Description

TECHNICAL SKILLS : SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS JOB Good Knowledge of Electrical LV FF BOQ. Good Understanding of project estimation process. Prepares project estimate by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and contract negotiations. Maintains contact and relationship with supplier, Manufacturer, OEMs other organizations. Calculate costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data. Continually updates about technical knowledge . Excellent in MS Excel, Office and estimation software Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Collaborate with project managers to review and validate cost estimates.
