Reporting and Insights Lead (Contractual Role)

The Role - It is a Contractual Role for 6 Months and May not be extend further

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, managing, and analysing data to support decision-making and drive business outcomes, as well as continuously improving their processes and automating steps where possible to increase efficiency.

They will work closely with the Reporting and Insight Analysts as well as our individual Centres of Excellence and our Strategic Partner Cognizant to ensure that data is accurate, reliable, functional, and readily available.

Together with the R&I Analysts, they will deliver a comprehensive overview of end-to-end service performance and customer experience. As a crucial member of the team, the Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in achieving this goal.

• Proficient in using data analytics tools including SQL, Python, and Alteryx.
• Knowledge of SAP structure concepts and data extraction capabilities.
• Excellent communication and skills, with the ability to interpret complex data insights, translating them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• The ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance
