Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented ERP & Rental Operations Executive (Automobile) to manage daily rental operations, ERP data entry, billing, and vehicle records. The candidate will coordinate between customers, drivers, and operations while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth rental processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily rental bookings and vehicle allocation
Maintain records in ERP system (rentals, billing, vehicles, clients)
Generate bills, invoices, and payment follow-ups
Track vehicle movement, availability, and maintenance schedules
Coordinate with field team and customers for smooth operations
Maintain proper documentation and reporting

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of ERP/software handling
Understanding of automobile/rental operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic billing & documentation knowledge
Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
