Remote Transportation Dispatcher

We’re Hiring: Remote Transportation Dispatcher / Operations Staff

Golden Key Express, a fast-growing refrigerated trucking company based in Pennsylvania, is looking for a Remote Dispatcher / Operations Staff

Responsibilities:

• Track & trace drivers/trucks to ensure

  On-Time Pickup (OTP) & On-Time Delivery (OTD)

• Build, update, and close loads in ALVYS TMS

  & other trucking software
• Dispatch drivers and monitor progress
• Collect and upload

  Proof of Delivery (PODs), receipts, and paperwork

  for billing
• Communicate with shippers, brokers, and customers via email & phone

Requirements:

• Experience in

  dispatching / transportation operations

  (reefer preferred)
• Proficiency with

  ALVYS TMS

  and/or similar trucking software
• Strong

  English communication skills

  (written & spoken)
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Organized with attention to detail and deadlines
