🚛 We’re Hiring: Remote Transportation Dispatcher / Operations Staff 📍 Golden Key Express LLC | Remote Golden Key Express, a fast-growing refrigerated trucking company based in Pennsylvania, is looking for a Remote Dispatcher / Operations Staff to join our team. ✅ Responsibilities: Track & trace drivers/trucks to ensure On-Time Pickup (OTP) & On-Time Delivery (OTD) Build, update, and close loads in ALVYS TMS & other trucking software Dispatch drivers and monitor progress Collect and upload Proof of Delivery (PODs), receipts, and paperwork for billing Communicate with shippers, brokers, and customers via email & phone 💡 Requirements: Experience in dispatching / transportation operations (reefer preferred) Proficiency with ALVYS TMS and/or similar trucking software Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Organized with attention to detail and deadlines 💵 Compensation: Competitive pay (based on experience & location) + growth opportunities 📧 How to Apply: Send your resume to careers@goldenkeyexpressllc.com
