Remote Sales Expert

As a Remote Sales Expert focusing on hosted phone systems and telecom devices, your main responsibility will be to make outbound cold calls to Australian businesses and residential customers. You will be pitching and selling hosted VoIP phone systems, devices, and business telecom solutions. It will be crucial for you to understand customer requirements and recommend the best-fit voice and internet products. Additionally, you will follow up on warm leads, maintain a consistent sales pipeline, and strive to meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue. Collaboration with the remote sales and support team for onboarding and customer success will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound cold calls to Australian businesses and residential customers - Pitch and sell hosted VoIP phone systems, devices, and business telecom solutions - Understand customer requirements and recommend the best-fit voice and internet products - Follow up on warm leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline - Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue - Coordinate with the remote sales and support team for onboarding and customer success Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in outbound calling or inside sales (telecom/VoIP preferred) - Strong understanding of hosted PBX / cloud-based phone systems - Fluent English communication skills - confident, persuasive, and clear - Prior experience selling to international markets, ideally Australia - Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently - Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce - Access to a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and quality audio equipment If you are selected for this position, you will enjoy a 100% remote setup with flexible work arrangements.
