What You’ll Do

• Own hiring mandates end-to-end: sourcing, scheduling, follow-ups, closures.
• Handle 4–7 mandates at a time across tech and non-tech roles.
• Work directly with client teams (we don’t hide our recruiters behind layers).
• Meet weekly hiring goals and keep your conversion game sharp.

What You Bring

• 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• A passion for numbers, follow-ups, and cracking hard roles
• Comfort with tools like Naukri LinkedIn, Excel, G-Suite, and recruitment trackers
