About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven content creator to help us grow our social media presence, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook. You will be responsible for producing engaging, educational content and driving follower growth, especially within the US market.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish 3–5 posts/reels per week, optimized for Instagram and Facebook.
• Repurpose and repost content across other platforms.
• Develop content from existing educational video materials on rotitales.com and other company material.
• Own the outcome of growing followers, with a target of 10,000+ (at least 50% based in the US).
• Deliver weekly reports on content created, posted, performance analytics, and key learnings.
• Continuously improve content strategy based on performance insights.

Requirements

• Strong skills in short-form content creation (video editing, reels, visuals, captions).
• Understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with social media growth strategies and analytics tools.
• Creativity and ability to adapt educational material into engaging formats.
• Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation

This is a part-time contract role. Compensation will be aligned with content creator pay in India.
