architect and lead implementation of enterprise MDM solutions using STIBO Reltio or Semarchy MDM

Strong expertise in Operational MDM Customer Product Vendor etc

Design and maintain the master data strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals

Lead endtoend MDM project lifecycle requirement gathering solution design data modeling integration and deployment

Ensure high data quality governance and stewardship processes are built into the solution

Partner with business stakeholders to define master data domains rules and workflows

Design integrations with upstreamdownstream systems ERP CRM Data Lake etc

Collaborate with data governance and data quality teams to enforce MDM policies

Deep understanding of data governance data quality and metadata management

Provide technical leadership to MDM developers and analysts

Ensure security scalability and performance of the MDM solution

Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure best practices
