Job Description

As a Reliability Engineer II with 4-11 years of experience, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Conducting DFR (Design for Reliability) activities to ensure the reliability of products - Performing Reliability Prediction to anticipate potential failures and improve product performance - Analyzing Stress on components to identify weak points and enhance durability - Carrying out De-rating Analysis to determine safe operating limits for components - Applying Physics of Failure principles to understand the mechanisms leading to component breakdown - Developing Reliability Models to assess the probability of failure under different conditions - Implementing Risk Management strategies to mitigate potential reliability issues - Utilizing tools such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), Field Data Analysis, Weibull Analysis, Reliability Testing, HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing), ALT (Accelerated Life Testing), RGT (Reliability Growth Testing), and RDT (Reliability Demonstration Testing) Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech degree in one of the following disciplines: ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering), EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering), EIE (Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering), Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Bio-Medical Engineering In this position, your domain expertise in Reliability Testing, Reliability Engineering, Reliability Modeling, and Reliability Prediction, including experience with HALT, ALT, and Weibull Analysis, will be essential for success.
