Role: We are looking for Relationship Officer– Home Loan/Mortgage Loans who believe in and maintain long-term relationship and go an extra mile in on-boarding new customers and retaining old ones.

Experience: 1-5 years

Education: Graduation

Location - Haldwani, Dehradun, Haridwar, Ayoydha

Key Tasks:

• Minimum 1 year of Experience In Housing loan/Mortgage loan Sales.
• To source loan clients in line with the business plan and target.
• Creating and maintaining strict credit discipline and ensuring zero default in recovery.
• Monitor the loan portfolio – conduct loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures & practices and continuously contribute to their improvement.
• Accurate and timely record keeping and reporting.
• Understanding customer needs and responding to customer queries & issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Completion of loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant; obtaining signature and notarization; collecting fees.
• Any other work assigned to you from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹32500 CTC per month
