Position Title

Purpose of the Role

To achieve monthly sales targets by sourcing and converting leads into secured loan disbursements. The role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.

: 30-40 customer interactions monthly (door-to-door campaigns, referrals). •

: Collaborates with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
