Roles and Responsibility:
Work closely with partner bank branch staff to drive life insurance business.
* Engage with walk-in customers & understand their financial needs.
* Present suitable life insurance plans and provide expert product guidance.
* Generate leads through bank relationships and follow up effectively.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue growth.
* Ensure high standards of customer service and post-sales support.
* Maintain healthy business relationships with bank staff to maximize sales opportunities.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum 1 year of sales experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) mandatory.
*Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
* Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Goal-oriented, self-driven, and willing to work in a target-based environment.
