Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Acquire NTF (New to the Firm) clients and generate revenue for us.
  • Maintain relationships with HNI (High Net-Worth Individuals), UHNI (Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals), and corporate clients.
  • Offer wealth advisory services to clients.
  • Ensure the growth of AUM (Assets Under Management) or book size in Mutual Funds.
  • Analyze financial information of clients to determine strategies for meeting their financial objectives.
  • Monitor financial market trends to ensure that client plans are responsive.
  • Achieve targets based on acquisition and revenue generation through investment products.
  • Responsible for business development through the acquisition of high-net-worth clients.
  • Conduct mandatory meetings with clients to keep them updated with the current market scenario.


Routine Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client portfolios and make necessary suggestions.
  • Recommend suitable financial products to clients.
  • Identify customer needs and assess their risk appetite.
  • Provide regular updates to immediate superior as required.
  • Create and enforce plans to meet the needs of customers.
  • Bring in channel partners to increase distribution.
