As a Relationship Manager/Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include team management, team recruiting, implementing new dealerships, and maintaining relationships with business partners. You will be expected to provide excellent service to these partners as per company standards and source good quality business from your team. It will also be your duty to update post-disbursement documents, ensure the productivity of off-roll employees, and maintain a 6-month collection portfolio. Additionally, you will be required to actively participate in the aggressive launch of new processes and policies introduced by the company. Your role will be crucial in contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.,
