Feelivacation Travel & Wellness is a premium travel consultancy handling international travel, visas, group tours, and destination weddings with a strong focus on trust and after-sales service.We are hiring a Relationship Manager responsible for client coordination and post-booking experience management.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact after booking confirmation
Coordinate with operations team to share booking updates, tickets, vouchers, and timelines
Communicate clearly with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Handle payment follow-ups politely and professionally
Assist clients before, during, and after travel
Address queries, changes, and concerns calmly
Collect feedback and referral opportunities post-travel
Maintain client records and service logs

This role is NOT:

A sales role
A call-center role
A complaint-only role

The role requires empathy, patience, and structured communication to ensure clients feel supported throughout their journey.
