We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager to join our team in the CRM department, responsible for driving business growth through effective customer relationship management strategies.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive CRM plans to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to boost sales conversions.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure CRM effectiveness.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders.
