We seek a motivated and proactive relationship manager to join our team. The role involves driving new business by promoting and selling products to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

Generate sales through company leads and self-sourcing
Meet customers and explain insurance products
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain customer relationships for renewals & cross-sell
Complete documentation and update CRM

Requirements:

Preferably a bachelor's degree.
1+ year of experience in BFSI sales.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Fluency in the local language.
Goal-driven attitude.
Must have a personal vehicle.
