Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Serilingampalli. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and faculty. Duties will include conducting student outreach, addressing concerns, supporting student enrollment and retention efforts, organizing events, and collaborating with staff to ensure a positive educational experience. The role also involves facilitating communication and understanding between students and the administration.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
Ability to address and resolve concerns effectively
Organizational and event planning skills
Ability to work collaboratively with educators and mentors
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, or related field
Experience in the educational sector is a plus
