Review: Review all project documents using a checklist to ensure accuracy and compliance, and they are properly handed over from the architect to the OPS team
Quotation Review: Verify that the project quotation follows the cost guidelines set by the QS team
Design & GFC Approval: Verify that the final floor plan and structural design are accurate and construction-ready, and approve Good for Construction (GFC) drawings before handing them over to the OPS team
Report Verification: Check Soil Test Reports, Digital Survey Reports, and NDT Reports (if needed) for accuracy and compliance with BnB standards
Financial Review: Examine the final quotation, BBS, BOQ, and LOI to ensure they meet financial guidelines and are correct Required
Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Minimum of 2 + years of experience
Good understanding of Floor Plans and structural-related queries
Excellent communication and client management skills
Experience in site execution, document review, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and standards in construction documentation
