Role & responsibilities

Job Description- Relationship Manager

Silkroute offers cross-border trade-related services to customers. Relationship Manager ( FXSM) will have to serve the existing relationships. The RM will be a single point of contact from the organisation responsible for managing all the trade, FX & funding-related requirements of the sourced customers & servicing through the banking channel.

Purpose

Key deliverables:

Management of Trade and high-value customers for their Business Banking requirements
Facilitate customer trade transactions through the bank and ensure straight- through processing
Catering to customer limits requirement of pre-shipment and post-shipment finance through Banks
Educate treasury solutions to trade customers such as Forwards & Options
Managing compliance pendency of bill of entry and export bills
Handling complex transactions like ODI/FDI/ECB/Dividend through the banking channel

Key Skills & Competencies:

Candidate shall have experience working in Trade products and familiarity with banking processes
Candidate shall have excellent collaboration skills to engage with Banks & Financial Institutions
Candidate shall have excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint

Eagerness to develop and work on service enablers for improving/streamlining products and processes helping the sales team achieve their targets
Confident with strong interpersonal & and communication skills
Self-driven with an eagerness to deliver projects & and assignments within timelines
Should be well averse with MS- Excel, PowerPoint and Docs
