Relationship Manager / Sales Manager Motor Agency

Job Description: As a Relationship Manager at our company, your role will involve recruiting POSP to sell various insurance policies such as automotive, property, health, etc. You will also be responsible for managing a team of POSP to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Key Responsibilities: - Contacting prospective POSP for recruitment. - Recruiting POS (Point of Sales) and providing them with training. - Assisting POSP with their queries and complaints. - Meeting with potential clients to assess the adequacy of their existing insurance coverage and financial resources, along with POSP for significant business opportunities. - Identifying, communicating, and agreeing on premium targets with partners. - Maximizing mobilization through regular follow-ups and strengthening relationships with agents. - Ensuring that sales targets are met on every parameter. - Maintaining print and electronic records and files as required. - Performing any other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Extensive knowledge of various insurance products and policies. - Excellent interpersonal and sales skills. - Ability to identify and contact prospective POS. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
