Relationship Manager / Sales

You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students interested in overseas education and guiding them through their study abroad journey. This role demands exceptional sales skills, a strong screen presence, and the ability to effectively manage a large number of students. Your main duties will include persuading students to book IELTS exams through our services, showcasing Leap Scholar's offerings such as IELTS preparation, counseling, application assistance, visa services, etc. You will be tasked with driving conversions in our lead pipeline using both voice and non-voice processes. Collaboration with counselors in application processing and visa procedures will be vital, along with conducting frequent follow-ups with students to ensure their continuous engagement until visa approval. Your role will also involve collecting feedback from students, addressing their queries, and serving as a liaison between counselors and students. To excel in this position, you should ideally possess a minimum of 2-4 years of successful sales experience, particularly in high-ticket sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a background in post-sales operations and documentation handling.
