Job Description

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact between the insurance company and the client.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Provide personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Business Development & Sales

Source new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Promote and sell life insurance products based on customer needs.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual business targets.

Financial Advisory

Understand customers financial goals, risk appetite, and insurance needs.
Recommend suitable life insurance plans such as term, ULIP, retirement, child plans, etc.
Educate clients on the importance of life insurance and long-term financial planning.

Policy Servicing & Support

Assist customers in policy issuance, renewals, and claim settlement.
Provide after-sales service for queries, grievances, and policy modifications.
Ensure timely premium reminders and collection.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure KYC norms and company policies are followed.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Stay updated with IRDAI regulations and company compliance standards.

Market Intelligence

Track competitor products and market trends.
Share customer insights and feedback with management.
Suggest improvements in products and services.
