As a Relationship Manager in Private Banking at our company, your role is crucial in enhancing business development to meet the bank's objectives while providing top-notch service to customers through wealth management techniques. **Key Responsibilities:** - Acquisition of new Ultra HNI clients (AUM INR 100 Crores+) for Third Party (Wealth) and Banking Products. - Ensuring customer level profitability. - Growing AUM from clients. - Providing financial and investment advisory to help clients achieve their short-term and long-term investment goals by proper profiling and offering various investment products. - Conducting risk profiling of customers. - Delivering superior and seamless customer service. - Cross-selling all banking products. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3+ years of experience in wealth management of Ultra HNI customers. - Graduation/Post Graduation in Marketing or Finance. - Certifications in AMFI, NCFM, CAIIB, IRDA. - Strong sales and influencing skills. - Knowledge of banking products. - Proficient in relationship management and negotiation. - Excellent planning and organizing skills. - Outstanding communication abilities. - Awareness of competition and current trends in the financial industry.,
