Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in micro mortgages. Strong knowledge of financial products and services related to housing loans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Proficiency in using technology platforms to manage client interactions and transactions.
