Job Description

Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management.
