Job Description

Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify new business prospects and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management or a related field. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in Merchant OD. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
