Job Purpose: To drive sales and acquire new customers for the Loan Against Property (LAP) product by building relationships, assessing customer needs, and delivering customized financial solutions. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: 📊 Lead Generation & Acquisition Identify and source potential LAP customers through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and tie-ups with real estate agents, builders, and financial consultants. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 🤝 Customer Relationship Management Educate clients about LAP features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment structures. Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and manage post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. 📋 Application Processing Assist customers with completing loan applications and gathering required documentation. Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement. 🔍 Market Intelligence Keep track of competitor offerings, market rates, and property trends to advise clients strategically and support product development. 📈 Performance Indicators: Monthly disbursal volume Conversion rate from leads to sanctioned loans Customer satisfaction score Compliance and documentation quality
