Relationship Manager - Leasing

As a Relationship Manager at our company, your primary objective will be to drive client engagement and contribute to the growth of the Leasing business. Your focus will specifically be on either of the following products - Plant & Commercial Machinery, Healthcare & IT Assets, and Employee Car Leasing business. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the overall expansion of the leasing portfolio. Working under the Regional Sales Manager, you will need to understand client needs, propose customized leasing solutions, and actively participate in lead generation activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and prioritize new business opportunities. - Manage and lead the sales team, including recruitment, training, and grooming of resources. - Take responsibility for the P&L and growth of the Leasing business within the region. - Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, OEMs, and key regional stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. - Lead and manage a team of Area Sales managers and Relationship Managers. - Develop market intelligence capabilities to identify trends and opportunities. - Develop and implement lead generation strategies. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum Degree: Postgraduate/Graduate in Business Management/ Engineering / Finance / Commerce - Minimum Years/type of experience: 3-5 years As a Relationship Manager, you will need to demonstrate competencies in Customer Focus, Influence, Collaboration, Financial acumen, Risk management, Speed, Meritocracy, Tech Quotient, Adaptability, Integrity, Resilience, and Agility.
