Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager, your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients in the Large Corporate segment. You will be expected to understand your clients" financial goals, challenges, and opportunities, and identify new business opportunities within the corporate finance sector. Additionally, you will expand the client base, promote financial products and services, and have the ability to independently engage with CXO/Promoter level clients. Your responsibilities will also include leading pricing and deal structuring negotiations to ensure transaction closure in line with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the Large Corporate segment - Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within the corporate finance sector - Expand the client base and promote financial products and services - Independently engage with CXO/Promoter level clients - Lead pricing and deal structuring negotiations to ensure transaction closure in line with organizational objectives In terms of Deal Structuring, you will collaborate with clients to structure financial deals tailored to their specific needs and prepare and present proposals to clients. When it comes to Credit Solutions, you will be responsible for offering credit solutions such as working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other structured financial products. You will also assess the creditworthiness and risk factors associated with clients. Your focus on Portfolio Growth will involve cross-selling financial products and services to achieve budgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income. Financial Analysis will be a key part of your role, requiring you to analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks. You will need to develop insights to enhance client portfolios. In terms of Compliance, you will need to ensure strict compliance with all audit, regulatory, and company regulations, processes, and policies to maintain the integrity of the business operations.,
