Job Title: Relationship Manager LAP/HL

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Home Loan and LAP products through direct sourcing and channel partnerships.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Relationship Officers / Executives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, property agents, DSAs, and connectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and plan strategies for market penetration.
  • Ensure timely and quality customer acquisition and disbursal.
  • Coordinate with internal teams credit, operations, and technical for seamless processing.
  • Monitor loan portfolio quality and ensure timely collections.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
  • Provide regular performance reports and feedback to management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building ability.
  • Deep understanding of Home Loan and LAP processes and documentation.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
