Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales

    : This involves sourcing and selling new KCCs and other retail agri-products, acquiring new customers, increasing business from existing clients, and meeting sales targets through field visits and networking.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management

    : Key tasks include building strong, long-term client relationships, serving as the main point of contact, and providing a comprehensive banking experience by cross-selling products.
  • Credit Assessment & Portfolio Management

    : Responsibilities include assisting with document collection, conducting preliminary credit assessments, liaising with internal teams for timely loan processing, monitoring credit usage, ensuring timely interest payments and limit renewals, and minimizing delinquencies.
  • Knowledge & Compliance

    : RMs must stay updated on relevant government schemes, subsidies, and market trends, while ensuring high integrity and compliance with banking policies.
