Relationship Manager - Jewellery (Night Shift)

As a Relationship Manager for International Clients (No Field Work), your primary responsibility will be to manage communication with clients based in the US & Canada. Your role will involve handling customer orders, sharing quotations and designs, providing regular updates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales by engaging in upselling, cross-selling, and CRM follow-ups to contribute towards achieving set targets. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture strong client relationships - Manage customer orders, address queries, and ensure timely delivery - Share designs, quotations, and reports with clients - Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads and interactions - Assist in sales growth through upselling and cross-selling techniques - Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service - Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written - Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM software - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently In addition to a competitive salary package, we offer growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment to support your career advancement.
